I hate scones. I have always hated those hard, tasteless little lumps. The one exception is Tina's scones. I have had the real thing at her Tea Room in Carmel, IN and they are fabulous and so is this book. Highly recommend it, lovely, well written, and terrific recipes.
I have enjoyed High Tea at the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC and The White House in Oakville ON as well as the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto, each had Excellent scones and I Love to Bake, I am Happy I found Tina's Book of Scones, Delicious and Entertaining , a Joy to read and bake for Friends and Loved Ones.
